Matthew Presley

Matthew Presley is a Hamilton County native and a graduate of the McCallie School. He attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga before beginning law school in Melbourne, Australia, and later returned to the United States to complete his Juris Doctor at the Charleston School of Law.

Matthew is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee, and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. His practice spans a broad range of matters, including general civil litigation, corporate law, criminal defense, personal injury, and estate planning.
